I cannot say enough about how great BT technical support has been. You always get almost immediate support from a real person. I recently had multiple problems that contributed to wonky internet. The technical crew kept on it and Alex made a home visit that figured stuff out. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all kinds of questions and is just a really nice person!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin R. at Burlington Telecom and I have to say he was outstanding. Kevin was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and most impressively, incredibly patient with me. He took the time to thoroughly explain all my options from WiFi extenders to mesh systems and wired solutions walking me through the pros and cons of each without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of technical expertise with such genuine care for the customer. Kevin is a true asset to Burlington Telecom. Highly recommend asking for him by name!
I am very happy with the response time and 24 hour service of Burlington Telecom. I find submitting a request on line is the best way to reach Burlington Telecom. I submitted a request the Help Desk for assistance with a technical problem I was having with my remote control just before 10pm on a Friday. I was delighted to receive a call back immediately. The technician was kind, informed and when the problem couldn’t be resolved he offered to set up a time when a technician could come out to my apartment.
Today 12/23, Had a technician come out to repair my internet box in record time. He was in a great mood, very friendly, awesome attitude and efficient doing his task. on top of that he was closing up his shift before the holiday and spent the extra time for me! He showed me the problems and where all my hook ups were. Incredibly impressed, Thanks for saving my christmas honestly.
