We were very fortunate to find NH Fireplace service - and especially for Allen who came to our house promptly. We’ve had countless service people for other appliances over the years and Allen was by far the tidiest and most efficient fellow I’ve seen in a long time. He quickly replaced what was needed and had our old Lennox gas fireplace running like a charm! He gave me advice on things that I wouldn’t know to ask about. And by the way- he has a great sense of humor! I hope he enjoyed his lunch after finishing up at our house.

Allen provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Our 16-year-old gas fireplace (Heatilator) died slowly (just seemed to be not putting out much heat), then suddenly (wouldn't work at all). The first person who looked at it said it was dead dead, couldn't get parts, whole unit needed to be replaced. We went to some stove shops and were looking at a $6-10,000 project that was probably going to require replacing our mantel. We mentioned it off-hand to someone one day who said, "I've got a guy" and recommended we try Allen. He told me he had never failed to repair a Heatilator unit, but his first available appointed was like 3 months out. We were already going to miss the winter season on a new install anyway so I took it, figuring double-checking and paying a service visit fee was a small insurance policy. Then like a month later, Allen called. He had a cancelation and was going to be in area, could he come take a look? We were out but I said sure. A couple hours later he sent me a photo of a working fireplace and a very reasonable bill. Suffice it to say, he saved us many $thousands, the fireplace is cranking heat again, it all happened like 6 weeks ahead of the expected timeline, and it couldn't have been more convenient for us. Outstanding!

Allen was extraordinarily prompt, professional, and helpful while troubleshooting and cleaning my Superior gas insert fireplace. After struggling to find the problem and attempting a few DIY repairs, he quickly identified the issues, took the time to explain them to me, and cleaned and adjusted everything for a very reasonable price.
