Excellent to work with. Took my machine in to have checked as I did not like the sound. He checked it over and cleaned it. I knew the the cutter motor was not working. He confirmed that the machine was in good working order. As he was not a factory authorized for the brand his access of obtaining one was slim. He told me where to find the authorized dealer was. His policy was to not charge unless work was complete. Spent time talking with Chad and delighted to see his honest work ethic and love of sewing machines. I highly recommend you try hip lace.
