I found O’Learys Music Center when I was consistently having a hard time working with the “big box” music store that I was introduced to through my children’s school. I was looking for simple repairs that were not astronomically priced and didn’t take a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Craig returned my call promptly and was quickly to offer a mutually convenient time to drop of my daughter’s flute. He didn’t just “check in” the flute and provide a price “range” for the repair, instead he took the time to inspect the flute and provide his feedback so I had a good idea of the problem and reasonable estimate for the cost. I’m extremely pleased with the work Craig has done on my saxophone. I felt engaged with the entire repair process because he checked in with me multiple times and sent pictures of the issue. Now I can be more proactive looking for future issues. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their instrument serviced. He will go the extra mile for you (dropped my instrument off on Friday, he had it back to me by close of business on Monday) Edit: 2/17/22 I continue to be impressed with the quality of Craig’s work and his customer service. You will not be disappointed if you take your instrument to him

Strung me along for years about the whereabouts of my cherished trombone gifted to me by my grandmother.........I gave up after he kept telling me to call back.....something his wife's surgery, or his surgery, or he was moving, et al.....it took me awhile to realize I was just being snowballed and I would never see my trombone again.
