We had Tom come over to our house after having a scare from an unknown insect, which we thought might be a termite. After a thorough inspection, he concluded there was no active termite or Carpenter ants infestation which put our minds at ease. He even went so far as to crawl through our crawl space which I would not wish upon anyone. The peace of mind was worth every penny and we know what to do should insects appear in our house. I really appreciate his honesty and very helpful advice. He was not pushy in any way. Just extremely helpful.
