I had a fantastic experience with ANDLogic. I was searching for a very specific component (a Rank 1, 8GB stick of server RAM) which is surprisingly hard to track down. Even though they didn't have it in stock, Sam spent several days researching the part for me to ensure I got the right specs. ​Ultimately, he directed me to another vendor who had exactly what I needed. ANDLogic didn't make a dime off the transaction, but they saved me a massive headache and a lot of time. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity and technical expertise these days. I highly recommend them for their honesty and genuine dedication to their customers!

Horrible service. 0 customer service online or in person. After multiple calls I left a voicemail specifically stating to call a different number. He ignored that and tried blaming us saying “we texted your phone”. Website is also sketchy, if you were closed state it somewhere. Get your schedule straight. He did a repair two months ago which malfunctioned badly, had a diagnostic done by real professionals done who explicitly stated “the installer is at fault”. He refused to accept his mistake, and tried blaming the user. Unless I dismantled my computer there is no way it’s the user fault, afterwards he was asking 75$ for a simple diagnostic for his mistake. He was plenty rude as well for no reason. Money making scheme nothing else. Sketchy location as well. Wouldn’t trust, he ruins computers rather than fixes!!!
