I had a great experience here with Hussain! I was interested in getting a canon sx740 hs, and he got me on the waitlist right away. He showed me many other cool options, but I ended up getting a call that the sx740 came in a few days later and ended up getting that one. No price gouging here - I got my camera for about $200 cheaper than all other online sites I had seen it listed as, and I also traded in an old camera which gave me some money off and made it so I didn’t have to pay tax on the new one. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I have been going here for about 15 years for all of my upgrade, rental and repair needs, and all the staff rock! I'm a used gear person because they test all of it so well here that it all seems basically new and at a great deal - thank you to I believe his name was John for assisting when I upgraded to my refurbished Nikon Z6 just before the new year. I just stopped in this week because I was experiencing a perplexing problem with the auto-focus for all of my lenses. Hussain was patient and eager to solve the problem when he discovered after some inspecting that it was the tiniest, practically microscopic detail on the camera that was causing the issue with the focus. After that problem-solving with process of elimination it was a quick fix and I was back up, running and out the door within 30 min. So happy this place exists!!
