100/10. Reasonable price & amazing customer service! I have spoke with numerous of their employees and all have been inviting, kind & willing to explain and help you learn! They also have rentals which are very reasonable pricing and super helpful when you brake 2 lenses at a wedding 😭😭😭 I have spoken with Ryan on multiple occasions and he has been amazing. I cannot say enough good things. Because of these employees I will be a faithful customer! I hope this company values them because they are the reason for us customers coming back!

I had to pace myself because there were multiple items I wanted to take home! The staff strikes the perfect balance: friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced, without hovering. Their quiet confidence makes it easy to browse, ask questions, and learn something new. The selection of bags, pouches, and accessories is especially impressive. Honestly, if West Photo doesn’t have it, you probably don’t need it. Prices on new gear are exactly what you’d expect—competitive and market-rate—but the overall experience of shopping here is what sets them apart. Highly recommended for anyone serious about photography, whether you’re just starting or deep into the craft.
