I am convinced these positive reviews are fake. Musso installed a $14,000 boiler in November of 2023. Now, since December of 2025, we have had nothing but problems with it. I have called Musso several times. They have charged me almost $400 to come out three separate times. Each time, they abruptly left saying they had spent too much time at our home. We never received a diagnosis, and still do not have heat in our home- they even told us to get another company out instead of them! Terrible customer service, very rude, and extremely pricey. They told me it'd be ANOTHER $400 just to have them take a part the furnace! Then what did I pay you $129 each time to come out to do a diagnosis for? Greedy, greedy, greedy.
