I cannot say enough good things. I went in to discuss the purchase of a new violin because I could not get the rich sound I wanted out of my very old hand-me-down instrument. Instead of selling me a new one, he looked at my violin and made recommendations on improving its sound with some repairs and tune ups. I can't believe I am playing the same instrument. The sound is far richer, it doesn't squeak constantly like it used to, and I get so much enjoyment out of playing my violin again. Their work is absolutely amazing and I am so grateful for their expertise.

We visited Monaco's to look at violas for my daughter. Mark was amazing!! He took the time to show us all of his instruments and bows. He advised us on what size was best for my daughter and allowed her to try several violas and bows until she found her instrument. He spent over an hour working with us to make sure we made an informed choice to get an instrument that will last my daughter a lifetime. She couldn't be happier! We were so impressed with Mark's expertise and professionalism. Highly recommended!!!
