We're really pleased with the service received. Our hot water tank went and we needed to get it replaced quickly. The company was responsive and the process for getting an appointment set up was efficient. The technician who came out, Nick, was very personable and informative. We will definitely be using T-Mark again in the future.
Ryan was great - he called to let me know he was on his way and we talked about the issues I was having with my hot water. He gave me some options, and gave me estimates that were reasonable and within my price range. He let me know what he thought the best fix would be and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to use this company for future repairs!
This review is long overdue. I’ve been relying on Tmark Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for approximately 20 years. They were recommended by a coworker of mine. I’ve used them for service at my house and the last 5 years after downsizing to a condominium. Since moving to the condominium they have replaced my hot water tank, furnace and air conditioner. Tmark always has fair pricing, they are reliable and honest. My go to technician David Edwards recommended adding on a Aprilair humidifier to our furnace and it has been a game changer during these cold winter days and nights when the furnace is running so much. Recently we had some issues with the humidifier and David went out of his way to get it working properly so our family can stay comfortable during this extreme cold weather. I highly recommend Tmark plumbing, heating and air conditioning. You won’t be disappointed!
We always call T-Mark. We thought we had a sump pump issue so we called TMark. Joe arrived promptly and said the float just needed a quick adjustment, which he quickly did. He also answered all our questions. Last week we had Brian out to replace a valve for us. He also did a fantastic job for us. All the employees we've worked with have been very pleasant and informative. We never hesitate calling TMark.
T Mark was great. Had a fairly Urgent Sump Pump issue and Clair got me in for an early morning appointment the next day. Ben arrive in the promised time window in spite of bad weather. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Was a simple replacement of my Sump Pump and while doing that he found that I also a bad check valve so he swapped that out as well. Was done in less than a half hour and cleaned up nicely. Explained the Labor & Parts Warranty then an easy CC payment on a Tablet and done. I’ll highly recommend T Mark and would use them again.
