Affordable Appliance Repair

Had a great experience with Christian at Affordable Appliance Repair. He showed up on time and was able to successfully troubleshoot and fix the issue (Bosch dishwasher repair.) The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I’d absolutely work with them again!

I want of first say that Christian did repair our refrigerator and if I was rating this company for the actual repair I would've given 5 stars. The valve to the built in water and ice maker was leaking water and needed to be replaced. When he came back with the valve, there was a problem with the hose. Then when he came back to replace the hose, the jug that is stored inside of the door where the water sits before it's dispensed (it keeps the water cold) had a crack and was leaking. Having purchased a suite of appliance after a major home renovation in 2012 I had failed to anticipate that one day I might face a series of major appliance failures in rapid succession, but so I did: first the dryer, followed soon there after by the washer and next the dishwasher. It was a situation made manageable because I has Christian's number on hand and could count of his prompt response to each crisis and a fast and accurate diagnosis and repair. Cannot recommended him more highly. Prompt, professional, fair, and a pleasure to do business with.

I just called them because I knew their storefront in my town. My fridge door literally fell off the fridge last night. Even though they had a very tight schedule, the owner Chris still came down to check it out within the hour I called. And then he stayed to fix it. He was so pleasant and easy going. He knew exactly what to do. And his fee was more than reasonable. I haven't had much to repair in our house, but I am so happy that when the time does come, I will feel very comfortable calling Affordable Appliance Repair to fix it. Highly recommend. Wish every inconvenience could work out so easily.
