Called ahead and ordered a windshield, 2 days later showed up for install, wrong windshield arrived. Owner reordered and a new one arrived 2hrs later. Installer was very careful and had many years experience at his job and it showed!. Went to pay and the owner discounted the total amount for the mixup. Great service, knowledgeable glass tech, and honest owner! Can't ask for more!

I went to Shane with my Italian car’s broken windshield. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process from day one to completion. There was trouble finding the proper windshield for my car but Shane stayed with it and now it’s installed. Most accidents on the road occur due to human error. I was very pleased with the service and hospitality I received from this business. I called about a new windshield. They set me up an appointment for the next morning. I got there 2 hours early, stopped and asked if there was any way they could get me in early, expecting to have to wait. I was in and out of there no later than 45 mins. The workers were very kind and friendly. Their price was about $75 cheaper than other places I called. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a new windshield and/or an oil change! I'll for sure be a repeat customer (just hopefully it's for an oil change and not a new windshield next time). 🙃

We had a good experience working with this establishment. They were very helpful. Very fair prices. They also worked with our insurance company. We had a newer car that had to have calibrations done with the windshield replacement. They were able to do that service as well. Many other places in town do not offer that service with the windshield replacement. They also don't tell you if you would need it or not. Be careful who you use for windshield replacement services. Mr Glass did an excellent job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service! Mr Glass replaced my windshield glass for a fair price and quick. We had a tire that was losing air and the guys in the same building/shop showed us the damage and replaced the tire same day. They have a nice area to wait during repairs as well.
