Needed Htg/AC in Russellville. Just moved here after year ago and didn't have any sources for the home. I read reviews for AR River Valley heat/ac and found mostly great reviews. So I called and made appt. The repair tech showed up on time. Checked system out to give me info i didn't have. Found the age and type of system. He cleaned the outside unit inside and out. Checked coolant and clean condensation lines. The system checked out and has been running very well. Even with 100 heat and 110 heat index. Thanks AR River Valley.

When you own a home, especially an older home, it seems there’s always something that needs attention. This month it was my air conditioner which suddenly stopped cooling, even though it sounded like it was still running. My son told me he thought he had used Arkansas River Valley Heating and Air in the past and commented they had excellent online reviews. So yesterday I called them and spoke to Courtney who offered to have someone come out the same day. I wasn’t able to do it yesterday but scheduled an appointment for 8:30 a.m. this morning. Well it’s 9:30 a.m. now and I’m sitting inside my house enjoying my nice cool air conditioning. The technician Kagen arrived right on time, was very polite and quickly went to work. He explained what work he had completed and the bill was very reasonable. I am very happy with my experience with Arkansas River Valley Heating and Air and highly recommend them.
