I used Service Master for restoration after a leak occurred in my bathroom. The water was leaking into my master closet, I walked in to realize the floor was saturated from the leak. I contacted the local office and they were able to get to my house that same day and let me know the extent of the damage. The best part was they helped set my expectation because as a new homeowner there was a level of worry regarding the leak.Due to this personal experience I have referred customers throughout the years as an insurance professional due to their outstanding customer service and punctuality.
