Terry and Josh were awesome they knew what exactly what was wrong with my dryer just by the sound. I ask to watch how they change out the parts and knew I made the to right decision to have the experts to do the job. They were very courteous and explain everything to me and gave me the estimate. Which of course I said yes I am very please with the service and they are outstanding I will definitely recommend them to anyone and I will have my dryer service next year. Terry and Josh let me know my dryer was repairable.

Technicians were great-knew what they were doing-identified the problem immediately, gave me sound advice on how to mitigate any further problems and returned a week later, as promised, with the correct part to repair my washer. Unfortunately, I did not have the extended warranty on my "new" washer, so the repair was pricey--but less than a newer new one!

Drew with Mr Appliance did an excellent job,detected the problem and repaired it . He was very kind, listened to what was happening with my oven and looked further to ensure the part he was replacing was the only concern. He was quick without being rushed. I would highly recommend him.
