When my store didn’t have what a customer needed, we would always refer to this company. However after talking to them over the phone for a customer and getting nothing but attitude and rudeness I will NEVER send another customer to you. Your customer service is disgraceful. Talking to someone like they are stupid when they are trying to get your help is appalling. Disgusting people.

Today was my 2nd time visiting this business. I've always had a great experience with Derby City Appliance. Very nice and helpful people behind the counter. It's very convenient to have access to appliance parts locally at a fair price.
