Exceptional service from start to finish. Excellent intake to Bill the repair man calling ahead and arriving on time. Bill came prepared with parts in hand based on the information provided on intake. Bill had me up in running that same morning. My dryer is working great. Thanks Bills and Skaggs appliance!
Prompt and professional service from the first call with service scheduling, to the tech walking out the door. Bill did a great job. He worked quickly and efficiently, and he was a nice guy too. He was very informative on how to get the best results from our Speed Queen appliances. We wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.
Very impressed with overall service provided by Skaggs Appliance Service. I called late afternoon with a service request for my 35 year old Maytag washer (first time in 35 years). They were responsive and polite when I called and I was told a tech would be out the next day! The tech came first call, at 8 am and took time to diagnose the problem, explaining clearly what he was doing along the way. The problem was a small glitch with the lid which he resolved. Then when I asked about servicing my dryer while he was there ( I was concerned about lint build up inside the dryer ...also 35 years old). He said he had time and told me what the additional charge would be for the added service. Very reasonable price, so he went ahead and did the cleaning. It needed it and gave me peace of mind that the dryer would operate safely and efficiently. They provided a level of service I seldom see these days. I highly recommend.
