Ive been using these guys for the last few years and they are reliable, honest, and all around a pleasure to work with. From the schedulers to the technicians Im just so pleased. Shane came to check out 3 appliances for me today and he is fantastic. He has a great attitude and strong work ethic. I'm one who does not enjoy having to call someone to come to my house for work so being able to feel at ease with this company means the world to me. Thanks, Shane, for your hard work.
Only positive with this company is they could come out the same day I called and the lady that answered the phone was sweet and helpful. However the guy that showed up was EXTREMELY rude and had the worst bedside manner. He ignored my husband's greeting upon coming inside and rudely asked what was going on. He was short and rude the entire time along with looking like he had just rolled out of bed. His hair was sticking out every which way, shoes were untied in which he tripped over due to stepping on the string, and his overall appearance was just awful. On top of the bad service, he stated the compressor to our fridge was bad and quoted us $1,200-1,500 to fix it. I got a second quote from Samsung who informed it wasn't the compressor and would only be $300 to fix.
David the owner spent over an hour on the phone helping me solve my problem with sudsing from my Bosch dishwasher. I offered to pay him but he refused. He was not monetarily compensated for his knowledge and time. Unbelievable. How many other businesses would even consider doing this. I truly appreciate his kindness and advice. May GOD bless him in many ways.
Our family has relied on Aable Appliance Repair for several years. Their technicians are always friendly and efficient. Today, our washing machine was repaired by SHANE. He listened carefully, as I explained the function difficulties we were experiencing. He asked clarifying questions as he worked to diagnose the trouble. He identified a valve that was not working properly, affecting the amount of water being drawn into the machine. Shane secured the part and replaced it quickly. He advised me on what to do moving forward. I trust Aable Appliance and will contact them again when service is needed.
Highly Recommend! Refrigerator went out so I called these guys. They sent a tech named Shane same day. Shane is very knowledgeable and professional. My fridge was unplugged since it wasn’t working so Shane said he would come by the next day on his off day . He was a man of his word and showed up. He offered me two fixes at two different price ranges. I got a cheaper deal for same day service or I could’ve waited three days for official parts at a higher price. We did the same day service on 9/20. Today is 10/16. I waited a month to make sure everything works and he told me it came with warranty. Shane was awesome and I’m glad I called this place. I spent almost $400 but that’s better than a new fridge . I have a French door Maytag
