The service I received was excellent from the first contact with customer service to the actual repair. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, got right to work and completed the necessary repairs. Steve was very professional and efficient. The price of the repair was very reasonable. If I ever need any appliances repaired in the future, I will definitely call Cook Appliances.

What a great experience! Jeremy was early for the appointment to repair my gas dryer. He did troubleshooting, went to pick up the part, and repaired the dryer in a timely manner!!! He went over-and-beyond his job duty and was very friendly and courteous!!! Would DEFINITELY recommend Cook Appliance for anyone who needs appliance repair!!!
