called and he said can you hold please. 15 minutes later I'm still sitting there and he's placed the phone on the counter. I can hear a TV show in the background and him talking to someone. Didn't ask for my number, didn't promise to call back. May have parts but I'll give my business to someone who understands customer service.

I have been coming here on and off for years and have never had any issues or problems, only great advice and knowledge, I don't know these people personally but I can assure you that every time I was there they were busy and what one person said was a tv (I thought so too at first) is actually a open line to the other store, as far as prices being too high that guy must REALLY be mad! You get what you pay for - Great Service! He went above and beyond selling me parts! He answered all my questions patiently even with a line of people waiting behind me. He never once spoke down to me or made me feel stupid. He was positive and encouraging! I will definitely go back! My story: Our furnace went out in the middle of the night while my husband was on a business trip. I went in the next morning for a replacement blower motor. Very satisfied with my experience here. I did my own troubleshooting on our dryer that wouldn’t heat up. Took the part out and to Handy Man Appliance Parts. He tested it again to make sure I was buying the right part. He also gave me some tips to help the part not fail again. Very welcoming and helpful. Will come back the next time I’m working on appliances for parts.

Went in for a part for a Dryer for my client , the older gentleman working was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I could successfully complete. The project even went as far as the saying, he would video chat me if I couldn’t get it fixed to walk me through some more steps to try to get it fixed I really appreciate him taking out the time to talk to me and make sure I got the right part and to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing.
