The first time I called my call was answered promptly and the person on the phone was polite and helpful, a tech was sent the same day to assess our dryer. That was the only good interaction. That was 12/22. The first tech that came diagnosed the dryer and told my husband he needed to pay the estimated price for the full repair so they could order the part. The first tech said they would call us after Christmas to set up when they could come back. I never got a call. I called them back repeatedly starting 12/29, each time I called an AI receptionist answered. I requested the AI receptionist to send them a message at least 3 times and never got a call. My husband put up a 1 star review on 1/5 and a second tech came to the house that afternoon. Apparently the first tech had been fired and the second tech had been spending his day checking the last appointments the first tech had. He also assessed the dryer, then went outside to call the owner. The second tech asked my husband to take the review down and said he would buy the part at retail the next morning then come back and finish the repair. It is now 1/8 and there has been no contact. I called 1/6 and 1/7 and got the unhelpful AI assistant again so I left another message. I understand that it was the holidays but the lack of communication from the office has been the most frustrating. Either the AI assistant isn't working or the only way to get the company's attention is to leave a 1 star review and even then there will still be no response from the office, just a random tech and more empty promises. Edited after owner response: our dryer has not been repaired. Despite repeated attempts and messages we still have not been contacted by the company.
