Tom was able to diagnose the problem and repair it in a reasonable amount of time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He has been here for other repairs in the past. We are very satisfied with his work.

Regardless of what these other reviews say about the technician Robert, he was EXTREMELY unprofessional and fairly rude to myself and my wife when he was called out to give us an evaluation: He complained about the kind of washer it was the entire time he had been *looking* at it. I say looking because he did not even genuinely attempt to diagnose the problem. He didn't do ANYTHING you would expect an "articulate, well-spoken" professional would do. He gave an estimate of $700 to repair our washer and then told us we needed to pay by CHECK because their credit card machine was down; Robert is by far, hands down, the worst technician I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Never use Mr. Appliance because you could get Robert and you definitely don't want that.

Very nice people, quick response! I was able to get my appointment fairly quickly, diagnosed by Tom and he was even able to fix my washing machine the same day!! Tom was excellent! Thank you! I will be using Mr. Appliance again in the future!
