Chad provided excellent service! He help me decide whether or not my washing machine was worth fixing or if it should be replaced. We decided to do the repair and I couldn't be happier! His information was valuable, his price was very fair, and I would never hesitate to ask him for help again.
Took a few hours for Chad to return my call, but the information he provided with over the phone troubleshooting was friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me the likely issue with my fridge/freezer, and let me know the average cost to fix my issue. Didn't end up needing his repair service because a new fridge was the same price.
We were in need of someone to repair of LG washing machine. Not a lot of people work on LG so I appreciate Chads timely response to my text. He was out in a day and fixed within 45 min. He gave me some very helpful information after to help extend the life of the washer. I will definitely call again with any appliance repair need!
