Highly recommend this company. We are new homeowners, not only did we learn a lot from Steve and Tom but now we have peace of mind. Next time we have a pest problem, I will call Aid Pest control for all of my home needs. Reputable family owned company with a great staff. Great to work with people that are so kind and willing to take the time to answer our questions.
Although we have only used AID Pest Control services twice now, I am very impressed with them. They do a great job and our technician, Kevin, is very personable and professional. Outstanding job!!!!
Sam came out the same day to treat our bee issue. He was thorough and quick and killed the nest. Amazing service and told us what to expect.
Aid Pest Control is genuinely one of those companies I never mind calling for service. They are friendly, experts in their field, and so accommodating. They have a wealth of expertise and can easily identify the problem and how they are going to fix it. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of their employees, from management to their field staff. I can’t recommend them enough.
We had Sam out today for general pest control and to deal with Indian meal moths at our new home. He was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Also love how what they use is water based and safe for pets as well. Great company to work with and any time I called the office; everyone was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely plan on using them any time we come across an unwanted guest in our home.
