Great experience! I was a walk in and needed my band adjusted on a new watch that I got from my husband for Valentines day. The lady at the front was very pleasant and she measured my wrist, then took it back right then to a gentleman who adjusted it on the spot! I was very happy because I thought that maybe I would have to leave it there for a day or two, instead it was ready in just a few minutes. Great customer service. I couldn't be happier and it was a perfect fit. Thank you.

This place is an absolute embarrassment to our community. My wife brought in a few watches for battery replacement before the holidays. They charged a fair price, long story short gave the $200+ of my hard earned money. HOWEVER I will say the woman who works the counter was unbelievably rude and not helpful what so ever. Fast forward to today we once again brought in even more watches that needed battery replacement. Upon walking into the store that same woman immediately rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell my wife she couldn't help us. Now mind you were were prepared to leave the watches for however long they needed, absolutely no rush...but NOPE she said she couldn't handle the business. Absolutely ridiculous. You offer battery replacement as part of your services, live up to it! My suggestion, look to buy your products and have them serviced by a company that wants to service our community.
