My fiancé took my Seiko to have the crystal changed. The service was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. She was treated quite rudely and when I received the watch the new crystal had cracks in it. Will be taking it somewhere else to be fixed correctly.

This place is an absolute embarrassment to our community. My wife brought in a few watches for battery replacement before the holidays. They charged a fair price, long story short gave the $200+ of my hard earned money. HOWEVER I will say the woman who works the counter was unbelievably rude and not helpful what so ever. Fast forward to today we once again brought in even more watches that needed battery replacement. Upon walking into the store that same woman immediately rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell my wife she couldn't help us. Great experience! I was a walk in and needed my band adjusted on a new watch that I got from my husband for Valentines day. The lady at the front was very pleasant and she measured my wrist, then took it back right then to a gentleman who adjusted it on the spot! I was very happy because I thought that maybe I would have to leave it there for a day or two, instead it was ready in just a few minutes. Great customer service. I couldn't be happier and it was a perfect fit. Thank you.

Didn't take long but I felt the prices were a bit high. I had six watches that they put batteries in and one ne watch needed sized, two links taken out of the band and my bill was $98.00. I haven't got watch batteries in about four years and this was about double what I paid in 2021!
