Called Mr. Appliance concerning a problem with my washer. They came out Monday to work on it, however the first attempt at washing resulted in a return of the problem. He did tell us that the belt was worn and he would order a new one. Called this morning and the tech returned, replaced the belt and it's now running smoothly. Very friendly and appreciated the quick response. I also feel the repair cost was reasonable. Thank you!

Ben was the repairman. Very courteous, very professional, very knowledgeable. I tried to change the element on my Viking stove/oven, and one of the connectors popped back into the hole with the insulation. After numerous attempts to fish the connector out, to save my sanity, I contacted Mr. Appliance (should have done it in the first place) Ben patiently fished the connector out and replaced the element. I recommend Mr. Appliance for your repair needs.

Multiple visits and each time it was a very professional and pleasant experience. Technician was courteous and explained thoroughly his process as well as gave us excellent recommendations for keeping our washer in its best working shape. We were also very impressed with the prices and fees from Mr. Appliance compared to other service providers. Very trusted and will use this company for all future service calls for sure.
