My Jeep would not start after being towed behind my motorhome while on an out of state trip. Towed the Jeep to Bay Springs Auto where Don diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Don and his wife then delivered my Jeep to me at the rv park where I was parked the next day. It was refreshing to find such nice and honest people as Don and his wife Jill who could have easily taken advantage of me in my situation. Thanxs Bay Springs Auto

Soo nice and so helpful!! Having just moved to Dothan, we were concerned about finding an honest, reliable and affordable solution for an issue that came up with one of our cars. After much searching we discovered Don's place and are so glad that we went with our gut instincts! This is a great family owned shop with way better prices than the dealership. We have a 2012 Honda Odyssey that had a bad coolant and oil leak. Bay Springs Auto repair diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 2 days. They have definitely earned my future business.

Our car needed an immediate clutch replacement in the middle of a long trip and I was so happy to find this place. Mr. Hughes, the mechanic, was very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. He did such great work that my car ran better than when I first got it. The timeline of the repair was faster than expected and I wish I could go to him anytime my car needed work.
