Ordered a part 6+ months ago that no one else around here could get but they got nit For us and was very helpful making sure we had the correct part and that we received it due to having to be shipped. Again yesterday we needed another part for our washer and they were happy to help was very patient with us and even had the part that was needed in stock. When picking up the part we asked about a light bulb for an older refrigerator and we did t have a full model number due to age but they figured out anyway. We recommend this place over anyone else around! We will always use this company.

This appliance store is awesome. It's getting harder to find appliance parts. I'm glad this place is still doing a decent business. Update, needed a washer lid lock for a whirlpool. They had it in stock.

Every time I need something they are ready to help, maybe I need help with something I’m not sure about!!! Ot buying a part, they go out of their way with kindness. There’s not many people willing to take time to explain how something is done. So you better believe I’ll go back!!!!! With that said they, I WANT TO THANK YOU!! Sam

These guys are great! I own an appliance service business and with the current state of industry, its getting hard to locate parts. No place in America had the part that I needed and A-1 said they had it. I called and the guy said let me go check and verify that thay had it. He was back within 2 minutes and confirmed that they did have it. I setup an account at the same time. Dealing with A-1 was like how it used to be, I got a live person and felt like they were all about helping me. I highly recommend buying parts from A-1.
