Brandi and Jana help me design a ring with my dad's diamond that was given to me from my parents 25 years ago. I picked up today 2/7/26 it is just stunning. It suits me perfectly. When I received it I couldn't have been pleased on how it came out. I was so overwhelmed when Brandi gave it to me. Thank you so much Brandi and Jana.
Iain did a wonderful job engraving a gift for 7 people! He did this so quick too and pulled my fiance out of a pinch! We needed something day of, and he had them done in minutes. The Carlisle location is so kind and helpful! Highly recommend. Brandi even helped us check” finding a wedding band off of our wedding todo list while we waited for the gifts to be finished.
I really appreciate the assistance and advise of Tonya and the staff that have assisted me with choosing the right pieces that I have purchased. On each visit they offer to clean my existing pieces and Tonya helped me when I had to resize the rings. I will continue to visit your store. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
