I pawn my jewelry & once I went back to get my jewelry I notice that I had a different necklace on my charm …So I told him that necklace wasn’t mines so he said that no one touch it until the person comes but he in up giving another necklace which it look like my necklace that he gave back smh never again & I will make sure I tell everyone… But gid don’t like ugly his day will come💯
Took some jewelry to get fixed and sold some I didn't need...they were more than fare and friendly..I have a ring to be fixed..I plan to fo back
This place fell off bad. I went to get my jewelry fixed came back after 2 weeks to pick it up but not all my pieces were fixed. Came back the next week and the so called fix was to most shotty job I’ve ever seen. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks until it’s fixed because they didn’t want to issue a refund for the fix. I’ve been coming here for years but after this experience I will just take the journey to Baltimore instead.
Love to buy jewelry here and have it cleaned very trustworthy place
