Wow! Call no one else! We had an emergency heat problem just days before a huge snowstorm, called ThermoTech, who promptly placed us on the schedule and Joe & Dave were at our house the same afternoon! As a Commonwealth employee, we frequently use Thermotech as our go-to for all refrigerated pieces throughout the Harrisburg area. The Commonwealth can be a pain to deal with and Lesli Deppen the dispatcher that I deal with is the best. She is very communicative with me and service techs always arrive promptly.
