I had high hopes for Munn’s as they came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I will not be using them again. I dropped off my grandmother’s tennis bracelet to be resized and was told when I dropped it off, that I should have an estimate within a few days and the piece back by the end of the week. Six and a half weeks later, I finally have the piece back. Communication was nonexistent and required weekly follow-up on my part. I was told every time I called that someone would reach out with an update the following day. This never occurred until I asked to pick my piece up and take it elsewhere. At that point, the jewelry magically made it to the laser gold smith and I was given an estimate on the spot. When I finally was told I could pick up the piece, they had taken out too many links (yes, they had measured my wrist), so it had to go back to the gold smith. I was told it would be expedited. Once again, not true. They also tried to charge me more than the original estimate. Luckily, the owner was there and stated that he would honor the original quote. I do have the piece back and it looks fine, but this was a terrible experience start to finish. I do not recommend.
