We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Heather at Mountz Jewelers in the Camp Hill location. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us select a beautiful ring for my wife and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Heather also took the time to polish my wife’s engagement ring, and it came back looking brand new. we were so impressed with the attention to detail and care she put into it. On top of that, she assisted us with appraisals and explained everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such excellent customer service. I stopped in recently to get some help with a missing earring back, and Andi was beyond helpful in finding the perfect replacement pair. She is so kind, patient, and genuinely goes above and beyond. Every member of the team was welcoming and wonderful to work with. This will definitely be my first stop for any future jewelry needs or gifts.
