Ethan called before he arrived so someone would be home. He came in and had the job completed in less than a hour. This was remarkable considering that my washer had filled with water and wouldn’t drain. Thank you Ethan and Moore Appliance. I would recommend them to family & friends.
The owner Steven was great in answering any questions during my initial phone call. The office staff were quick to assist me in getting my appointment scheduled in a timely manner. They were very professional and friendly which is hard to come by in customer service. The technician, Karl did a wonderful job. He was sure to give me a call prior. He was willing to answer any questions that I had and offered additional information in regard to the repair. He was sure to clean up after the repair as well. Very professional, well mannered, and informative. Will only use Moore Appliance in the future! Thank you for the wonderful service from beginning to the end!
Fantastic! Ethan was a lifesaver. He was fast, efficient, and helpful. Pricing was reasonable and now my units are ready for use! Moore Appliance Service was wonderful when they fixed my stovetop after it shattered and broke last October. They were very helpful and made the whole process easy for me. The part arrived sooner than expected and the installation was done shortly after. The technician did a great job, left the area clean, and put everything back in place. He was very detailed and kind and even set the time on my stove for me. I really appreciated the great service and would highly recommend them.
