I took my MacBook Pro to Carlos because it was having several issues — it was overheating, the fan was super loud, and the battery barely lasted anymore. I had gone to other places before where they just gave it a quick look and immediately told me I needed to replace half the laptop, but Carlos was completely different. From the very first moment, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He patiently explained what could be wrong, showed me the possible causes, and gave me a clear estimate before starting any work. Got it fixed the same day at a very fair price. PLEASE BE AWARE!!! THESE GUYS ARE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Took my laptop in because my server was blocking some emails from coming through which they said they could fix. Turns out they just deleted all the trash email and worst of all my laptop now performs slower than originally and emails still being blocked. When owner was confronted about refunding half of my $80 he became very defensive and simply referred to his contract??? I initially became very leery when I entered the store front and found sample hardwood flooring scattered everywhere along with a bunch of hard drives. They claim to deal in both which makes me very suspicious. MY BAD, I should have went with my gut when I initially walked in. Do not know what they are trying to get away with??! Thanks!!!
