I'm forced to leave a one-star review to get Mr. McAbee's attention, as he won't respond to my messages. I hired Mr. McAbee to fix my tenant's refrigerator on 10/22/2025. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the requisite part, for which I paid him $260.08. Due to a miscommunication from the tenant, we had to hire another technician to complete the job, at no fault to Mr. McAbee. However, I requested on 10/30/2025 that Mr. McAbee return the part and refund me for it. It is now 12/8/2025 and he still has not refunded me for the part. He is not responding to my phone calls or texts, I will attach them below for proof. If I continue to hear nothing from him I will file a civil suit for money-owed. I will happily remove this review when I am refunded.
