I was in need of transmission work on my 2008 Hyundai, a stressful event to start, as this is my primary vehicle and my schedule is very busy. James lived up to every positive review. He was honest, caring, straightforward, and truly went above and beyond to help us. My cars check engine light was on. They fit me in and diagnosed the problem. Repaired very quickly. James is so nice. Very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the problem to me and didn't make me feel dumb. Sharita at the front desk is great too. Best auto shop in Fayetteville. Only place I take my car.

I've got a whole garage full of cars 16+ between all of my family members and James is our go to guy! He's worked on most of all of them, from foreign to domestic, and never disappoints. Once the warranty runs out, James is who we trust. His service is outstanding, his knowledge is impressive, and his professionalism is top notch.
