Mobile Spot

I had my iPhone go to black screen and just had a few hours before I had to go to work. I called Mobile Spot to see they were to work on my iPhone to get it back up running. The person I talked to about the issue immediately told me he knew what the problem was could be and to bring it in. My wife took my phone to Mobile Spot and started working on it immediately. We live close by to their office so my wife came home to explain what took place . By the time she came home and not even a half hour went by, Mobile Spot service called to say my phone is ready for pick up. Now I would have to say, this is the most excellent customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Excellent work, professional knowledge and outstanding communication skills that have helped me get through this day. Great place that does excellent customer service work. Very happy to have you there for my problems that need solving in the future. Thank you again.

Mobile Spot had excellent customer service the night I came in. They were friendly and walked me through all my choices on the phone repair, including prices up front. They were able to show me on a demo how the two different options would look on a working device. They also had unlocked phones available at good prices if I wanted to replace instead of repair. The work was done in under an hour, just exactly when they said it would be ready, and the prices were very reasonable. They provide a very valuable service and do it well and with a smile!

We dropped my granddaughter's iPad off early on a Saturday afternoon for a screen repair. We were told it would take 48 to complete the repair, which I thought was reasonable. Less than 3 hours later, they sent a text saying the iPad was ready. We picked up the iPad & it was just like new. I had a very happy granddaughter. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient. It only took a few minutes for them to check in the iPad & a few minutes when I picked it up. I would definitely use their services again. The fact that they are locally owned is a bonus.
