Westside Auto Pros

Man, I was a first time customer today and I’m in the midst of a move. I called up to Westside to see if they could get me in to even look at what was going on with my truck. I talked with Jen, and she was sooo helpful and so friendly. In the midst of this move money has been so tight, so of course my truck had to break down. I wasn’t able to cover the fix that was needed, and Joe ended up taking care of everything for me! He fixed the problem, plus made sure my truck was 100% ready to be road safe for this move. I genuinely don’t think the people here at Westside realized how much they helped me and how much they blessed me today. They were so quick about making sure I was taken care of and did everything in their power to make sure I left happy and satisfied! I have a few friends and family in this area and I will be telling everyone how AMAZING you guys are! I genuinely can’t thank you guys enough!

The professionalism of the whole crew at Westside Auto Pros is amazing, but beyond that professionalism is their overall kindness, generosity and ability to have you feel like you are family – and to be clear, you ARE treated like family! If I could give 10 out of 10 stars to Jen I would! What a wealth of knowledge and experience! She walked me through 3 months of the hardest repairs I’ve gone through with my car. Overall, just an outstanding place to take your car for anything, know and trust that the work is being done correctly and will last, and most importantly, feel comfortable putting your total faith in their ability to do the job right and that you’ll be treated right.
