Honestly, the best PC repair place you can go to. I had to drive about two hours to get to him, but after five months of my PC being broken — and two other shops doing nothing but updating the BIOS and costing me over $300 — I tried him. I wasn’t even halfway home before he figured out the issue. Amazon shipped him the part the next day, and it was ready for pickup at a very reasonable price. He even helped me over the phone when I was confused about Windows 11. I can’t recommend this guy enough — super nice!

Jeremiah did an absolutely amazing job at a moments notice! I came home from work and noticed my pc had a CPU issue. I called him up and was able to drop off my computer immediately. He communicated every step of the way and gave me tips for any future issues that may arise. He was very kind and friendly, we chatted it up about a whole bunch of topics. He even fixed the legs on my pc case that he noticed were broke without even charging me for it. I paid a very fair and reasonable price for the cpu issue. If you’re looking to do business with a knowledgeable and experienced person, I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any issues or potential pc builds!

FANTASTIC PC HELP!! Jeremiah was wonderful in troubleshooting my pc issues. Needed to buy a bigger drive and he helped me make the purchase and he installed it for me. Walked me through all the steps once I got home. And the best part is I now have a great tech support person that will troubleshoot over the phone or text and I can pay for his time. I’m beyond thrilled to have Jeremiah to turn to for computer help!!! Thank you so much!!
