Mike's Camera Inc. Boulder

Went into the Boulder location to pick up two lenses and some filters. They were pretty busy so I had to wait a minute for some help but that was to be expected. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, one of the filters I was given was the wrong size. Not a problem. With so many options and being busy, mistakes happen and I should have verified. It gave me an excuse to go check out the Wheat Ridge location to exchange the filter. (See review for that location.) Overall, the Boulder location is great. Very large and a huge selection. Nice and helpful staff. I'll be back for sure.

Today was trade in your old gear day—I felt that they gave a very reasonable trade in value for all of my items. I was able to use the credit to put towards an R7. Customer service: the best place Ive gone to that has staff that actually helps you improve your skills. Hands down Rachel C on the staff has been my go to person. She has taken the time to explained to me the pros and cons of of each Canon cameras that I was interested in. She has never pressured me into buying gear—but instead listened to what I was wanting to achieve with my camera, and made suggestions. With her guidance, I made the leap from a very entry level Canon Rebel T7, to the Canon R7. Thank you for your great selection and outstanding service! I plan to continue shopping at Mike’s Camera in Boulder for all of my photography needs.
