Excellent, professional service. We recently had our fireplace serviced as it has not worked in five months. The person at Midwest Fireplace that took my call was helpful and friendly. The tech that worked on our fireplace (Kameron) did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Our fireplace has not looked this good in over 10 years and it's working better than ever. Highly recommend.

Had their fireplace technician, Kameron, here yesterday. Excellent Service Rep ! I work at a gas company in a previous life (retired). I can tell you that he did a very thorough job, and knew what he was doing. Bonus: He was very polite and explained everything. I now know my gas fireplace is much cleaner, and most important safer! One of the best purchases I've ever made thanks to Midwest Fireplace. This gorgeous cast iron enamel finish fireplace insert is the BOSS! I've used it every winter for at least 15 years. power outage - no problem. Cuddle up in front of a cozy fire! No more drafty fireplace, no smoke escaping into the living room! THANKS MIDWEST!
