Chris was incredibly helpful and professional when I called to schedule our appointment, making the entire process smooth and easy. Carsen, who came out to service our gas fireplace was absolutely wonderful at his job. He thoroughly cleaned the unit, carefully troubleshot the issue, and completed the necessary repairs with impressive skill and efficiency. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure we understood how the fireplace was functioning afterward. The entire team was informative, professional, and respectful. I have to let anyone who is looking for a top notch company to look no further!! It started from Joseph doing a second opinion inspection before I decided to use a gas fireplace in the home I just purchased. Joseph's report was sooooo much more detailed and I could tell he was very concerned for me after his findings to go with a gas fireplace unless I repair the entire lining$$$$$. It was contrary to what the 1st company had reported. He showed me the results and did a thorough explanation. I decided to go with 2 Electric Fireplaces. I am so glad I went with a second opinion!!!! There are so many options you can do with them to elevate your space considerably without the worry of Gas. I also had work done on my outside chimney to to seal cracks, add caps and cut down piping from the wood stove . Kyle was awesome! He put the fireplaces in and his coworker(sorry forgot his name) got up on the chimney on a VERY cold day and did a great job repairing and doing preventive maintenance. The communication between the entire company is just another thing that sets them apart from other companies. Communication with Kris, who was my main contact, made me feel heard and he got back to me every time ASAP!!! His Knowledge and detailed explanations helped me to make decisions which made me lifelong happy satisfied customer!!! I can see why they get 5 star ratings. We had a great experience with Chimney Restoration of KC! They got us onto their schedule quickly for our first ever inspection. Carsen Knop was so polite and knowledgeable. I am a curious person by nature, and he was very willing to teach me all about my fireplace and how everything works. I feel very confident that we are using our fireplace safely. Carsen educated me on our realistic maintenance expectations and didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need at this time. We look forward to working with this company for our yearly inspections and any other fireplace needs we may have!

Chimney Restoration of KC did a great job of tearing out my old wood burning fireplace and installing a new high efficiency gas fireplace. From start to finish the whole crew did great job of demo, reinstalling a new fireplace and prepping the area for stone work. We purchased our stone veneer from Stone Concepts in Shawnee and Chimney Restoration recommended a guy to install the stone for us. They kept our house clean throughout the process and the crew was very kind and respectful.
