Brad was the technician that came to service our overflowing water softener. He was very polite well groomed and well mannered. He is a very professional technician. He knew exactly where to go to start troubleshooting, was organized and got to the heart of the matter very quickly. when he had finished and had a clear picture of the problem, he explained everything that was done. I’m glad that Brad is representing our area for Hague because he is a good representative of the company. Thanks Brad! Update, the follow-up appointment to replace a tank went as smooth as the initial appointment ! Thanks again Brad!

Wonderful experience with all aspects from sales and installation through follow up! Very happy with the filtration system and supporting products. Would recommend Hague water system without hesitation. Didn't realize what I was tolerating with regards to water quality. I knew our water was hard...just didn't realize how that affected all our systems that it came in contact with. Just eye opening! Thank you Deb, Dave and Nate for stellar service 👍🏻

Denise was a great sales man got us set up and taken care of for the installation. Casey came out and did a great job installing and even managed to get through a chaotic start to the day. Then we had the pleasure of finishing up with Financials and last min things with Nate. Nate was so kind and explained things to where we could understand. Shared laughs and was very genuine. Nate showed us the ropes with the soaps and explained everything to where even a kid could understand. I am completely satisfied with the care and service we have received. Amanda
