Chris and the entire team were amazing to work with! From constant communication, dealing with my warranty, helping arrange a rental to going above and beyond when the first replacement transmission wasn’t up to their standards. I will be a customer for a very long time.
From first call through the end, I felt that I was given the straight up information I needed. Chris explained everything, gave me an ETA of when transmission replacement would be complete, which they improved upon by three days, and when they discovered couple of other items that needed to be replaced, the pricing I felt was fair and reasonable. The warranty provided is very good and I like the fact that they insist on me bringing vehicle back after couple of weeks to check and verify all is good. Most places will not do that. I call that an added customer value service at no charge. Would go back to Certified Transmission again? , yes I will.
These guys did an awesome job installing a new transmission in my '08 chevy avalanche. The customer service and quality of work was unparalleled. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out and i couldn't be more grateful. Bless these guys,, if you're looking for a QUALITY, HONEST, DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER shop, this is the place for you! They didn't yank me around,, they were upfront and straight to the point. THEY EVEN DID WORK THAT WASN'T WARRANTIED! This team has moral values and BIG hearts. NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN.
