They arrived on time as stated and did a fantastic job at explaining the issues with my fridge and the options available for repair with prices within my preferred budget. Recommendations were also provided that were available for alternative appliances equal to the appliances that were no longer serviceable which really assisted in finding a suitable replacement. Thank you
My experience at Midwest Appliances was amazing; product delivered, installed in a timely manner; delivery guys were great and professional. My only complaint was the refrigerator was inside of the refrigerator was not cleaned like I was promised it would be; or this would’ve been a five star review; it wasn’t filthy; but did find some crumbs and loose hair in actual refrigerator; that I had to clean myself.
My experience was 5 star from start to finish. I needed to change my delivery date with short notice and they were very accommodating. Very fast to respond any time I reached out and delivery/installation was quick!
We bought a washer and dryer from here, our service was great, for the purchase we were in and out. & we were coming after a marketplace nightmare. Our dryer started making a noise (a screw got trapped in it) and we did have to call a couple times ( I will say if you call and it says Voicemail full try again because the next day I was able to leave a message and they got back to me right away) but as soon as we got a hold of them we were able up get it in and they had it fixed within 5 minutes.
