We are absolutely in LOVE with our wedding rings we custom made through Dawn with Artigem! They are absolutely gorgeous!! We get nonstop compliments and are so enthralled with the quality and appearance of the rings! My insurance company works with Artgem and I was a little nervous about the process and mailing my engagement ring with wedding band. Wow! Rest assured, I should have not been nervous at all. Dawn and her manager Stacy were a pleasure to work with. Dawn cared so much about helping me and I felt like I knew her forever. My diamond was damaged and she found a replacement that was superb and I had it back within a week along with the new appraisal and GIA certification. She was out a couple of days so I also talked to Stacy and felt the exact same way. I would recommend Artgem over and over again.

I lost the center diamond from my ring and our insurance company used Artigem to repair the lost. Dawn at Artigem was so personable and knowledgeable that it was a pleasure to work with her through the replacement process. She made a couple of suggestions to insure that the replacement stone was more secure and selected a beautiful replacement diamond for the mounting. I couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks to Artigem and Dawn for a wonderful experience!

I received my replacement earrings yesterday thanks to Jeff Whiteside. The moment I received the initial phone call from Jeff I felt relief and knew my claim was going to start going in the right direction. He stated he would be with me every step of the way until the claim was finished and I had my replacement earrings. What I was most impressed about among other things was his phone personality. This is definitely a lost art, custom servicing has been lost to texting and emailing etc. I have been in the insurance industry for over 40 years and Jeff provided the best service I could have ever asked for.
