Mark Madison was very professional and timely in his response to my furnace issues. In each step of repair he educated me along the way so that I understood what he was doing and the ‘why’ behind the steps taken. Reasonable costs for parts & labor Great job! Definitely would use his services again.
Mark was an Amazing technician . He was friendly. Respectful and he explained what he was doing, what the problem was and the solution. I really appreciated him making this service call quick and easy .
Slow to respond, it's been 4 visits and still no fix, tech should have fulky explored the pro bb lem than just a cursory fix based on initi info, a full expection would have Driscovered ALL the problems and not needed this post.
Zaki was my assigned company to repair my furnace through my home warranty company. They were able to come out within just a couple of hours of getting the the referral and Mark was able to quickly diagnose the problem. My home warranty company caused a delay in the repair because the part had to be ordered through them, but Zaki was good about communicating with me regarding the status of things during the wait. Once the part came in they were able to schedule quickly to come in and make the repair. Gave me a two hour window and actually called and asked if they could come a couple hours early. They did the repair quickly and professionally. Would recommend.
