If i could give 6 stars I would. Monika and Robert gave the best customer service in history. Super respectful and personable people. Left the store beyond happy and the reason for that was their customer service. I know for a fact whenever I am going to buy jewelry again it will be from Michaels. There is no one better for that store than Robert and Monika they need whatever promotion or bonus is available because i love these new earrings more than my son and I love the experience almost as much as the earrings if that says something
